A REIKI SESSION
A Reiki Session is a different experience for everyone, but the most consistent feedback I get from clients at the end of each Session, is the sense of deep relaxation they feel, clear headedness, and oneness with self. This is because Reiki moves us away from our ‘fight or flight’ state to a more balanced ‘rest & digest’ state as it activates our parasympathetic nervous system.
The benefits of REIKI increase with regular treatments as each Session moves your system to greater coherence and integration, and keeps realigning your energy so that your body is better able to heal itself. This holistic therapy treats the cause of the problem, not just the presenting condition.

DISTANCE HEALING
Because REIKI is universal healing energy, and not limited by distance, it transcends space and time, which makes Distant Healing Sessions just as effective as a face-to-face Session. It can be more powerful without the distraction of visuals. For the practitioner and the client, there is a kind of purity to the experience. There's an uncluttered feeling that prevails with the spirit away from the personality housed in the body. I get a true read very quickly of the clients situation and what their spirit will gain from the session. It seems to become clear right away whether the issues we need to deal with are physical or emotional.

90 Minutes - Intuitive Life Guidance + Reiki Healing + Session Insights
(Distance or In-Person).
90 Minutes - Group Sessions: Can be tailored to suit situation.
Minimum 8. Maximum 20.
(Corporate, Families or Friends).
60 Minutes - Reiki Healing + Session Insights. Distance or In-Person.
45 Minutes - Group Sessions: Can be tailored to suit situation.
Minimum 8. Maximum 20.
(Corporate, Families or Friends).
30 Minutes - Powerful Distant Healing Reiki Session.

​Should you choose to request a session, it will be based on where you are on your journey and what your body is ready to receive. If you feel unsure, I encourage you to read the Testimonials of some of my clients to see the results and experiences they have had.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
No cancellations or changes accepted within 24 hours of the appointment.
Your time is reserved exclusively for you.
When you make an appointment with us, we guarantee you this time unless we are unwell.
Where possible, you need to provide at least 48 hours notice to change your appointment.
If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours, you are responsible for the cost of your session. We waive this for emergencies only. This is concerning us and other clients, who may have wanted your appointment time. You may send someone else in your place. Contact us on 021 424365.
Any payment or deposit paid for your appointment is non-refundable. It can be used for future appointments.
As cancellations significantly impact us, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so.
